In July 2019 I was lucky enough to be able to visit the FSG ship yard in Flensburg Germany. FSG was the yard selected by the TT-line to build the new Spirit of Tasmania vessels, which have since been cancelled. I was able to have a tour of the ship yard with TT-Line project manger lars Bjørlig, who told me as much as he was allowed about the new ships, and was very upbeat about the yard, dispute the finical troubles they face. A bit thank you to FSG, Silke Dereschewitz and lars Bjørlig for arranging the visit and having me there!
